The Train the Online Trainer Program, which OEC developed together with two other trainers for ti Communication (see our news from May 2020), was nominated by the Wirtschaftszeitung for the Innovation Award 2020. The award will be presented at a gala in May 2021.
The program was selected i.a. because of its future viability. The role of a trainer is rapidly changing into the role of the learning coach, who has to respond to digital and agile corporate environments with online and blended learning formats in further education programs. This is also an important challenge for HR departments, which have to offer to their employees appropriate learning forms from virtual training to “nuggets” on mobile devices.
The program has received positive feedback and we are pleased to offer it to professionals from the fields of consulting, training and coaching.
