OEC signed the "Diversity Charter"

With this signature, we are actively committed to diversity. The "Diversity Charter" is an initiative to promote diversity in companies and institutions.

As a signatory, we commit ourselves to continue to promote the recognition, appreciation and inclusion of diversity, as well as to create a working and living environment that guarantees equal opportunities for all to further develop free from prejudice and discrimination.

OEC corporate culture is based on mutual respect. We are an international team with different languages, talents, abilities and strengths. This enables us to optimally advise our customers, also in intercultural issues.

By signing the Diversity Charter, we are clearly positioning ourselves AGAINST the increasing exclusion and discrimination that is taking place in Germany and throughout Europe.

Federal Chancellor Angela Merkel is the initiative’s patron. Already 3,000 companies and public institutions have signed the Charter and new signatories are being added on a continual basis.
