Just before Christmas, the good news came that the DNK declaration of our customer, Confiserie Michel from Neustadt an der Weinstraße, was published in the database of the German Sustainability Code (DNK).
We congratulate Confiserie Michel very warmly on this important step. In the DNK declaration, the company describes, among other things, the sustainability of its supply chain and production processes, the promotion of its employees and its social commitment. Confiserie Michel can now use the DNK user logo for its corporate communications. The DNK declaration can be found here.
Corporate responsibility has been a core topic for Open Europe Consulting for many years. Since 1 January 2017, we are accredited as DNK training partner on behalf of the German Council for Sustainable Development (RNE) and of course we are also committed to sustainable business. You can find our DNK declaration under our name in the DNK database.
We are looking forward to inspiring more companies and organisations interested in the topic of "sustainability reporting" and the associated learning and management process. With our trainings and expertise, we are happy to support managers in the application and reporting of the German Sustainability Code, which not only is a recognised standard, but it also fulfils all EU directives for non-financial reporting.
The DNK has been awarded the ISAR Honours 2019 by the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD). The award ceremony took place on 30 October 2019 in Geneva during the annual conference of ISAR (Working Group 'International Standards of Accounting and Reporting').
